A. Scope:

These terms and conditions apply to shipping within Austria, Switzerland, and Germany. The prices valid at the time of ordering apply.

B. Conclusion of contract:

Trial purchase
At NANGA, you buy on approval, meaning you can return the delivered goods within 14 days without giving a reason. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. The purchase agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance of the goods, but no later than the end of the 14-day return period. Silence is considered acceptance.

C. Delivery:

Shipping usually takes place within 3 working days after receipt of order.
You will be informed immediately of any delivery delays. This excludes discounted items: these are available while supplies last.
Most of our deliveries are made via UPS, quickly and reliably.
Should the goods you ordered not be available, we reserve the right to provide you with an equivalent product. You are, of course, free to accept this offer. If you do not wish to accept the offer, please return the goods to us within 14 days. In this case, NANGA will bear the return shipping costs.

D. Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order total and destination country. Please refer to our shipping cost list for the specific costs applicable to your order. The following shipping costs apply to online orders placed through www.Nanga-shoes.com. Different shipping costs may apply to orders placed through other channels.

E. Return / Return shipping:

Please use the return slip included with our packages to return the goods.
Customers outside the EU bear the return shipping costs.

F. Payment terms:

The prices valid at the time of ordering apply. All prices include statutory VAT.

Cancellation policy for customers from the European Union

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NANGA- Catwalk Vertrieb GmbH, Niederfeldweg 5, 6230 Brixlegg, Austria; e-mail: office@nanga-shoes.com; Fax: +43 5337 67767-700) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

to return or hand over the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. We will bear the costs of returning the goods, provided you use the return label we provide free of charge. Otherwise, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

G. Duty to provide information:

We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide when registering your data. If your data changes, especially your name, address, email address, telephone number, or bank details, please inform us immediately. Please ensure that the email addresses you provide are accessible and that you are not prevented from receiving emails due to deactivation or a full email account.
If you provide false information, NANGA is entitled to withdraw from the contract and charge a processing fee. Withdrawal must be declared in writing. This requirement is also met by fax or email.

H. Legal:

The goods remain the property of NANGA until full payment is received.
If the private end consumer is not domiciled in the European Union, the place of jurisdiction is NANGA's registered office. In transactions with end consumers within the European Union, the law of the end consumer's domicile may also apply, provided it concerns mandatory consumer protection provisions.
Online dispute resolution pursuant to Article 14 Paragraph 1 of the ODR Regulation: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Excluded from the warranty are damages resulting from natural wear and tear, improper use, and inadequate or incorrect maintenance.

J. Data Protection:

Personal data such as first name, last name, address, postal code, city, telephone number, email address, date of birth are collected during your orders in order to process these orders and to ship the ordered goods.
When you place an order through the NANGA shoes online shop, we protect your data with a secure SSL connection. We process and use personal data for order processing, customer relationship management, and our marketing communications.
