How to return your order

Please enclose the return slip or a copy of the invoice/delivery note with the package so that we can assign the return to you.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the corresponding amount to the payment method you used for the order. This may take some time.
For an exchange or replacement, please reorder the desired product.
